- Coordinate and schedule the transportation of passengers for efficient pickup and drop off.
- Monitor and track fleet movements to ensure timely schedules.
- Communicate with drivers, shop personnel, and customers to provide updates on bus status - Handle driver documentation, including data entry into relevant systems - Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by coordinating with relevant parties - Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching is preferred -- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Note:
